... 2.3.x "should" import DSF. You might possibly need to convert your DFF to DSF using http://signalyst.com/professional.html . If you need help with that, ask here: http://www.computeraudiophile.com/f11-software/dff-dsf-conversion-21715/ . I do know that conversion of DTS WAV to PCM WAV ...

Would a Zoom H2n take an xlr lavalier microphone? That's the only reason for preferring the H4n or H5 over the H2n.

Your disk's file system is corrupted. There's a good chance some of the files can be recovered. There is Effect > Equalization.

You can click and draw lines for emphasis, or switch to Graphic EQ and it will give you sliders like a music system.
