I was going to suggest Noise Reduction, but you don't have the offending sound there by itself, so that wouldn't work.

Instead of cutting it out, you can silence it. Drag-select the offending sound and Control-L. You can also paste good sound over it. That's probably your best bet. With that kind of effect, I bet nobody notices. You'd never be able to do that with an opera, for example, but jet noise is probably do-...
