Have you tried getting a Noise Profile (AKA "noise fingerprint") as described here ? Sometimes noise reduction works, but sometimes "the cure is worse than the disease." It's best if you can prevent noise... Even with pro software, the pros still record in soundproof studios with...

on my old taptop audicity works perfectly but with the new laptop also no recording.

the audioface umc 202 Behringer got problems on the new laptop, when audicity started, he stopt after one minute.

what is wrong, can you help me?

... plugin De-Clicker deleted 80% strange sounds and for now records is much cleaner. Big than you for this. Maybe You have another plugins, that help with cleaning records from unexpected sounds? And than you for advice with mp3-format and wave-format.
