... When making edits, always try to start and end the edit at places that are silent or close to silence. It can also help to make the start and end of the edit points occur at "zero crossing points" (see: http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/edit_menu_find_zero_crossings.html#zero)

At each copy/past of a sentence, there is a "plop" inserted at the end of the paste. I can't suppress these plops !!
