... be a common failing with USB microphones. If the goal is voice recording then a low-cut filter such as the "L F rolloff for speech" will help with the numbers (but not much with what you hear). You can probably turn the gain up just a bit more when recording. Your aim is to have the meters ...

What do you mean the noise reductions comes in at 6 6 6? I did the 30, 6, 6 but I don't see the 6 6 6 that your talking about. I attached a couple pics to see what I am doing wrong.

lol, actually these are not performers. These are cases that are recorded by another party, which, did a crappy job. It still sounds really low. You can barely make out what they are saying. Isn't there some kind of CSI stuff?

You can use the scratch test to make sure you're recording the right thing.

This is a good as I can do with the new tools (attached). It sounds like you were recording in Denver and the performer was in Philadelphia. Drag-select a bunch of sound you think has nothing but noise for the profile. Then select the whole show by clicking just above MUTE and apply Noise Reduction ...
