Not enough there to go on. Start with the info from the pink band above. Don't abbreviate the Audacity version number. How many blue waves do you have? Are you trying to export a multi-track mix-down? Are you trying to export WAV (Microsoft) or other format? Select the whole show by clicking just ab...

I have a recording thats like 45 mins long and when I export it it only exports the first 1:59 of it, i've tried exporting again, restarting my PC, but it still does the same thing. HELP!
