thank you for your help. indeed, flac 1.3.1 is default installed to /usr/bin/flac.

so with: /usr/bin/flac - -o "%f.flac" i could export to flac.

curiously the flac file still states version 1.3.0 20130526?

I compiled the github audacity source files against ffmpeg-2.3.6 (the latest version that you support) and wxWidgets-3.0.2 and it finished with no errors.

It installed with no issues and appears to work as expected.

I don't think that I can help you further. I can't think of any simple and quick way to compile 8 hours of audio clips into voice and music productions in the way that you require.

I wanna thank you guys for help. My recordings are much better without "clicks"
