Exported File Size Increase
... the original file was 48 kbps and the output file is 128 kbps. I can't find a way to change the Exported file sample rate to 48 kbps. Can anyone help? Thanks Planorez

Minimize and Maximize buttons have disappeared [SOLVED]
The Minimize and Maximize buttons at the upper left of the window have disappeared. I cannot move the window down from the top of the screen. Quitting and restarting did not correct the problem. Can you help, please? I am stuck with a small editing window.

Well the sample rate is 96000 Hz, and a plot spectrum shows a strong peak at 20kHz with symmetric sidebands so it's a fair guess that there is something modulating a 20 kHz carrier there. I'll leave the task of writing a suitable demodulator in nyquist to you.

What playback device do you want to use? Can you post the contents of Help > Audio Device Info... top right of Audacity? It might give us some extra clues. When you open a new project window, what is the project rate bottom left? What desktop are you using? ...
