Re: After closing Audacity I get a black screen and my curso
The CTRL-click, Open and Open won't help with your black screen. I am just saying that it is best to leave Gatekeeper not to allow all apps. Then use CTRL-click, Open and Open when you do want to launch an app you trust for the first time. ...

Re: Need help with file settings
What settings and or effects do you suggest? I suggest you open an ACX account, submit a test and see what they say. http://www.acx.com/help/acx-audio-submission-requirements/201456300 We do warn people not to read for six weeks only to have ACX find something serious wrong and basically ...

Re: Need help with file settings
Koz, Your correct, I am on the edge of my seat to get this going. Yes, the recording slider in Audacity is set all the way up to the +. I created another clip that did pass. It also has more volume. The clip is attached, I also included the ACX Check dialog. I moved the mic to get it as close to me ...

Re: Self mixing and rendering
I've been trying to get the User Manual for this mixer. So far, nothing doing. Alesis is happy to send me the Quick Start Guide. That's no help. I need the detailed instructions how to set the mixer controls. Their text instructions seem to tell me what you want should work. Alesys has their ...

Re: Need help with file settings
I hate it when the makers do that with product names. I have a microphone with a similar name problem. I can't tell anybody what microphone I'm using. It causes confusion immediately. Your voice volume is too low. by a lot. I think that's come up several times now. Also as posted above, we can't tel...

Re: Audacity on Mac recording my voice way too low!
Thank you, Koz! Found the volume sliders for the AudioMidiSetup, unmuted them, raised the volume, and I believe you have solved my problem! Thanks for taking the time to help me, you are brilliant!
