MP3 export is lossy and does not preserve the maximum peak level exactly.

If you need any more help please tell us what version of Audacity you are using (all three numbers, see the pink panel at the top of the page).

How can I set the bit rate to 192kbps that is required by ACX? When I export my audio file to an mp3 from Audacity i have selected "standard 170 - 202 kbps". When I look at the file properties it shows a bit rate of 101 kbps.

I'm using Windows 10 and Audacity 2.1.2
Any help is appreciated.

Hello Gale. I have exited Audacity since saving the project; however, the log still shows errors. I'll attach the log because I need help to recover the missing cut file if it's possible; otherwise, I'll go for the third party file recovery (of which I need help as well). Thank you.

ok dears, i know that is fault.

but at least can any one remove the noise and make the sound clear so i can hear it.

some good steps from experts will make a difference.
