I am new to Audacity and I cannot find the option to export a midi file from an MP3 file - can anyone help please

... to 12 in the file name, then you can usually adjust the order in the CD burner. This varies according to the burning application, so look at the help for the burning application you are using. In some applications you could click on Track Number to sort. Gale

... in the folder they are all in alphabetical order. Do I have to rename them with a number in front to get them in the right order or what? Any help appreciated.

Either drag the selection down into the label before deleting, or turn on Sync-Lock Tracks.

Do you not like doing it on two tracks? You can do it with tricky and critical editing one a single track, but it's much easier to manage the production timing on two tracks. Step one Export your show as a WAV (Microsoft) so when you mess up, you don't destroy everything you did so far. It's a commo...
