... can mute it but I sometimes need to hear it again along with the other tracks. Now I know these are dumb questions but I would be thankful for any help. I cannot find the answers in the manual so it may not do what I am asking and I need to get some other program for guitar or something.

... Audacity (Tried the zip / then the full installer) and all of the format options are missing? Or have it been moved? I could really use some help as the files are unusable in the standard 128kbps format. Audacity 2.1.2 Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit Thanks in advance

... problem, you can use Effect > Sliding Time Scale / Pitch Shift... instead, setting initial and final tempo change to the same amount. Does that help? The next version of Audacity will have a "High Quality" setting that uses the same algorithm as "Sliding Time Scale / Pitch Shift" ...

I work with 4.1.2 on AUDACITY There is no "4.1.2" version of Audacity. Please check the Audacity version in "Help > About Audacity". If it says the version number is 4.1.2 then it is not an official version of Audacity. Sync-Lock can be turned off and on at any time ...
