no, none of my files play.
However, there are preset files already on the players, some are mp3. They do play.

You missed the step where you play an MP3 not made by Audacity. Does that work?

Equalizing track to play at same volume
... at certain volume they sound same. I tried using mp3 gain however i don't see any difference when i playback the tracks. Appreciate if someone can help me with instructions on how to equalize them. Cheers Nav

From the "Help" menu, select "Audio device info". Copy and paste the full audio device information into your reply. That may tell us what setting you need to change.

... How are you connected to the computer? If you did it wrong, you could have the computer voice processing trying to move the volume around "to help you." No, it's not normal for vinyl (or wax) recordings to pump up the noise at the end. Koz

... is a mystery to me, but turning off that feature puts me right back where I wanted to go. Not an Audacity problem at all. Thank you all for the help. Indeed looking deeper solved the problem.
