Could you post the Audacity "log":
1) Launch Audacity
2) "Help menu > Show Log"
3) Save the log somewhere convenient on your computer, then attach it to your reply (See: http://forum.audacityteam.org/viewtopic ... 49&t=64936)

I have just installed Audacity 2.1.2 on Mac Sierra (Total Newbie).

I can't find "limiter" in the effects list or in the add in list although it is in the Applications\Audacity\plugins folder.

I have tried re-installing Audacity to no avail.
