All I need, is a whizz at noise reduction via audio

1) Learn how to mimic Oscar Isaac
2) Learn how to act the part of a mega baddie
3) Make a good clean recording of yourself (or someone else) mimicking Oscar Isaac playing the part of a mega baddie
4) Boost the bass a bit and add a bit of reverb.
