recreating the sound of a granular sampler

... If you don't see that device, open Windows Sound and enable the device you are speaking or singing into. Then restart Audacity. If you need more help please give us the make and model number of the microphone and tell us how it connects to the computer. Gale

I am not an audio engineer, but assuming the woman's voice is the problem I think the engineers would have answered by now if there was anything you could do.
I would recommend 44100 Hz sample rate next time though.

Pan not completely panning
... have had a cheap sound card issue, so I moved over to my Mac running 10.11.6 and Audacity 2.1.3, which makes me think its a software issue. Any help on solving this issue? Is it user error instead?

Glad you got the belt sorted Now I have to learn how to save an album and export it to Itunes. I guess the help I need will be elsewhere on this forum.
