Get File Info for the active project?
(Sorry, this is probably a stupid question. But I'm really struggling to find reference to it in the manuals or on this forum. I can't think of workable search terms.) All I want is to see directory info for the location of the currently active project. Most Mac apps have an option, somewhere among...

Re: Need help with low noise
Ah that's a different one. Not the hum or whine that Koz and I were expecting. Can you post of photo of your "Mix Master", or a link? When I google search I find several products under the name "mixmeister" with varying capabilities. Does your unit have a headphone jack? If so ca...

Audacity will open its GUI, but everything beyond leads to system crash
Version: Wouldn't I just love to be able to tell the version number - but I can't. Audacity doesn't get that far. OS: Linux Mint 18.3 64b, installed from installation disk early September 2018, fully updated. Fresh install, all seems absolutely fine. Dell XPS 13 9350 laptop, SSD, single boot Install...

Re: Downloading music from zoom H2n into audacity
If your computer has a flash card reader, you can just take the flash card out of the H2n, put it in the reader, and it will appear as a "removable drive". Search through the folders to find the audio files, and copy them over to your hard drive. Note: Best NOT to delete files from the fla...

Re: Cd tracks not appearing in my PC "Music" file
Go ahead and open it and then try again while it's playing. I tried the same thing in iTunes. I right-click, select Album Info, then I click the File tab and it shows the location at the bottom of the window. Or like I said, use Windows search. ...The player software usually doesn't care about the p...
