Re: Issue with Audacity 1.26 and Mac OSX 10.5 Leopard
Someone discovered a while back that you can trash the audacity preferences file and clear this up. Search for audacity.cfg.
Close Audacity, trash the file and restart Audacity.
Remember, Audacity starts at First Birthday when you do that. You need to put all your settings in again.

[quote="kozikowski In general, you don't. There are special tricks you can pull under some very specific circumstances to sometimes pull a dialog, but there is certainly no magic bullet. Not even a slightly mysterious one. For anybody. This is not an Audacity thing. The video editing people wou...

<<<the keyboard commands are still enabled>>>
You may be able to get rid of that by trashing the Audacity Preference file. Audacity goes straight to First Birthday when you do that, but the schizophrenic keyboard should go away.
Search audacity.cfg.

Re: Burning to CD?
You can use Audacity to capture the disk performance on your computer, slice up the long single sound file (side 1) into songs, and then Export Multiple as WAV files. Drop the files into iTunes, construct a PlayList, and Burn the Playlist to a disk. This will produce a Music CD that will play anywhe...
