It's not showing up because Skype is notoriously difficult to record. You can't do it with Audacity alone. Pamela Professional and Pamela Business software will record both sides of a Skype call. Also, you can make sure you plug any devices in well before you launch Audacity. If you do that out of order, then you get to search for it using those tools.
