channel-mixer plug-in
Is it possible to get to this plug-in from the forum homepage without using forum search, Google or recursive logic?

New Guy with an EQ question.

HI... I am not an audio engineer (my father was). I have some home experience with Audacity... mostly with converting vinyl to flac, manually removing pops and clicks and, some live recording. This seems to be part of the solution:
When you search for audacity to use as the default program to open a sound file....
you need to open the "Programs (x86)" folder
as it is not in the "Programs" folder

Re: first time set up

I was using the jack in the back of my desktop pc for voice recordings via a website. I then downloaded Audicity and now the jack seems to not be working as I cannot voice record via the mic on any programs, including the one I had used previous to downloading Audicity. The mic works on my laptops s...

Adding VST Plug-Ins

I am using Audacity v 2.0.2 on Mac OSX v 10.6.8, Intel. The Wiki suggests that for changing the reverb I might use the Plug-in FreeverbToo. I downloaded the FreeToo172.zip, unzipped it, and placed the FreeverbToo.dll in my Applications/Audacity/Plug-ins folder. Then ticked the Preferences/Effects/Se...

Re: HELP

An mp3 player which also records would be a cheaper and more reliable solution for a mobile (covert?) recording device than a radio link via mobile phone, (with better sound quality than a phone too). You subsequently attach the device to the computer's USB socket and download the audio recording, (...
