Re: Ghostly background noise after using Noise Reduction

... Excerpt of audio with background noise attached. Attachments Kim background noise 2.wav (826.93 KiB) It sounds like wind noise , ( not that kind :¬), resonating the building, rather than an electronic artifact ... Re: Audacity changes pitch of recorded MIDI file.

Greetings, - New member just now. I'm unable to find anything on the Internet about my problem. Nothing in a quick search on this forum. I'm using Ubuntu 14.04 with Audacity 2.0.5 installed with apt-get. The problem: I have a MIDI file that I play back using VLC. (VLC has the fluid synth plugin). A...

Re: Release builds but wont run. Debug runs

I noticed that when I compiled it with DEBUG - it not only compiled successfully, but I was able to run it in the debugger. I then tried to build it (same code) in Release, and and gave me errors. Some of the errors made no sense at all, specifically, I am using a TrackIterator in some of my code, ...

Removing a specific signature from audio

This is a question on how to remove a specific audio signature from recorded audio. What I have is a speaker that likes to hit his wedding ring on the podium so there is a very audible clack sound. It is about 15 ms long. What I would like to do is to copy one of the "clacks" and then have...

Re: Make gunshots sound more realistic
