I haven't installed FFmpeg, however, I was able to solve it with a temporary fix. I used VLC to convert the Webm file to mp3, which I learned from here https://silicophilic.com/how-to-convert-webm-to-mp4-using-vlc. It is a temporary fix, so I will try installing FFmpeg as you suggested.
