Using Audacity 1.3.7 build Jan 28 2009 I need to use the FFmpeg library it seems to import a mobile phone .amr audio file. ... I mostly have questions :) Regarding your problem, I had basically the same issue. The problem was solved once I downloaded and imported the FFMpeg files. Check under "preferences" to see whether it is installed. If not, do so and see whether that solves the problem. Good Luck!
