I got Audaciity 64-bit, but the only link offered to download FFmpeg 2.2.2 is 32-bit.

I searched Google and can't find FFmpeg 2.2.2 64-bit Shared.

You must have fixed or changed a different problem. As far as I know, Audacity 2.4.1 has MP3 generation built-in, no further work needed, and FFMpeg has never been an MP3 generator. Other may post.

Audacity 2.4.1 does not require FFmpeg to import MP3 files. Perhaps there's something wrong with those files.
