Thanks for the file, mikebochantin. The file freezes Audacity 1.3.13 on Windows with FFmpeg installed. A MOV file saved by QuickTime ought in principle to import into Audacity OK with FFmpeg installed, but I don't have the Pro version of QuickTime for saving files ...

The WAV files may be GSM 6.10 encoded WAV files.
This format may be supported by Audacity 1.3.13 if you also install FFmpeg.
