Does your install look like this? Most of that is Read/Write by koz (who is logged in) and Read-Only by everybody else. No "root" account. I have the Mac set to show me all filename extensions. That's why all the .app text is visible. Both MP3 and M4A work.

Doesn't it come down as an .exe or .zip file? You have to run the installer and the installer does all the work.

I download it from preference>library and it installed in c drive. But audacity ask about some .dll file while manually but when i did this it's doesn't match with ffmpeg downlod

You should be able to rename the file to OGG then tell FFmpeg to import the file by using File > Import > Audio and choosing "FFmpeg-compatible files", but there seems to be a bug here - the OGG importer takes the file anyway, so Audacity ...
