Hi- yes. ffmpeg doc does say it supports Opus. I was stoked to think I could use Audacity for a final check on the Wav files and then export Opus files. There are stand alones, you are correct. I was hoping to combine. Thanks for the reply. - Ken

Can you find anywhere that it says FFMpeg supports Opus? FFMpeg is the software helper that Audacity uses for sound format extensions. If it throws up its little hands and gives up, then there may be no support.
