If you only want to correct a few "sour notes" here and there (without re-pitching the whole song) you need a tool like Auto-tune, Melodyne, or GSnap. (GSnap is free.) But, if you have a "regular song" with instruments & vocals you won't be able to fix the vocals without messing-up the accompaniment...

I only know of expensive commercial products that can do this. The best known is "Antares Auto-Tune". Auto-Tune requires a "certified compatible host program" (such as ProTools or Cubase). Further details are available on their website.
