On further reflectance I think the "squeaks" I'm hearing may be the result of using "auto tune" or something similar on the vocal part.

But this does only work for monophonic sounds with a stationary pitch, doesn't it?
You should instead use something like auto-tune, where you can adjust the cent slider for each note.

Is there a way in audacity to speed-shift multiple tracks at once to a same frequency? For automatic pitch correction (like AutoTune) you will probably need to spend money.

Note that neither Auto-Tune nor Melodyne officially support Audacity, so you might also have to spend money on a host application.
