This wouldn't be a problem except that the playthrough is significantly delayed and when doing a multi-track recording, this delay makes it nearly impossible to record. I tried checking the box "Play new track while recording it" but I get the delay that throws me off I think you will find that "software playthrough" causes the delay. Software playthrough should be off (not selected) "Play other tracks while ...
