The delay is present when laying first track down and I assume all tracks haven't got that far yet.Very annoying. Have you already tried unmuting your input on the playback side of the Sound section in Windows Control Panel? ...

... can be used if your hardware does not support playthrough, but because it is done in software it is much slower and there will be a noticeable delay before the sound is heard through the headphones.
