... about the audio drivers, everyting works great, except the software playthrough. Anyway, If you said that a newer/older driver is not gonna fix my delay, why does it matter?

Turn off "Software Playthrough" (Transport menu), then configure your sound card to play the input back out through your headphones. Note that this is only possible if the same audio device (sound card) is used for both recording and playback and even then, not all sound cards provide this...
