There's plenty of echo on that , there's no way of removing echo from a recording , sorry. In future try turning off (unchecking) "software playthrough" in Audacity preferences (Ctrl+P) to prevent the echo being created ... uncheck the box I've coloured yellow.gif http://manual.audacitytea...

Unless the purpose of this is to measure microphone delay, you should record the computer playback using stereo mix or Windows WASAPI, not with an external microphone. It is not what I do. I have to experiment time reversed acoustics. I have in a ...

... try reducing latency with Edit -> Preferences -> Recording -> Audio To Buffer . A bigger buffer helps to prevent "glitches", but it adds delay. You may have to use a different hardware setup that allows you bypass the computer and monitor yourself directly. Here is a similar discussion ...
