I just tested my WMP (Windows XP-HE=SP2) and it definitely has an option in the Rip dropdown menu to select WAV, along with MP3 and carious Windows Media formats.

Re: Mangement of Recorded tracks

I would recommend filing them in a piece of "jukebox" software - iTunes or RealPlayer (both downloadable free) will do the job - and there are others.

From looking at the specs of your Pro-Ject Phono Box II USB (which appears to be both a phono pre-amp and an ...

Re: click pop detection

You can usually "see" the clicks if you switch to Spectrum view and zoom in - the click will normally show as a strong vertical pink line. In 1.2.x you can only delete or redraw by hand the offending portion - 1.3.x Beta versions have an excellent new Repair function which will fix up to 1...

Re: Can you PLEASE change the wording of your temp file warn

I sympathise greatly too - and belatedly agree with stevetf about reading before you click. I did a cracker on my iTunes library this week, thought I was deleting a single item from a playlist, clicked the confirmatory ok box - only to see the whole playlist disappear! :o  An what's worse - al...

Re: Inserting Intro Music

No, it lays the music in the same track over the preexisting audio. I would also like to have audio in front the the music as well. If you dow what my above workflow suggests and shift only the podcast track forward in time (do this by clicking and dragging with the time-shift tool) , leaving the m...
