All you need to do is to place a label at each track break - use the Ctrl-B shortcut - and don't forget to place a label right at the beginning for the first track. The most likely thing is that your USB device has taken control of the audio output as well as the input - and the TT obviously has no speakers. If so, then you will need to target Windows sound output and re-target the sound on to your PC's onboard soundcard - use Control Panel>Sounds and Audio Dev...

KVA: have you by any chance got "snap-to" turned on? Look at Edit>Snap-To and try turning it off.
