When you saved your project you should get a) a data folder: Caterina Valente_data b) alongside it a file called Caterina Valente_data.aup The aup file is the "project manager" Audacity uses to manage the contents of the data folder. See: https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/audacity_projec...

There are a couple of other things you could do

1) use the Plug-in Manager to Disable any effects that you don't want to use (they then won't show in the menu)
They can be re-enabled later if you g=find you need them

2) In Effects Preferences change the sort to "Grouped by type"
