This would be a feature request and the developers are unlikely to want to do this as it would overflow at only 99mins 59 secs

That's one of our key new features

But you can make it smaller by clicking on the resizer (the vertical bar at the right of the Toolbar) and dragging leftwards.

Some folk will want to make it even bigger by dragging rightwards

If you can bear to wait just under a week the upcoming 2.4.0 release will fix this issue caused by Apple.

I have fixed this in out alpha Manual - the correction will probably not be in time for the upcoming 2.4.0 release Manual - but will be in the release after that.
