Changing the USB port can often help - sounds like you may have a dodgy USB port - at least you have one that works. Sometimes though it's jus a poor connection, wiggling (gently) the USB plug in its socket or just withdrawing it an re-plugging it can sometimes help. And generally it is not advised ...

You're probably using a special character in the file-name/track-name (of the third track ...). Try sticking to alpha-numeric and underscore.
