Re: export Multiple

Re: Cutting an mp3

No I meant MP3cut - you can get it via Sourceforge: http://mp3cut.sourceforge.net/ - never used it myself, so I can't vouch for it.

But there are plenty of others, as a quick Google of t'interweb will reveal.

Re: the next version of audacity

The developers are hoping to get it out later this year - it is unlikely to be sooner than early-mid November.

Re: connect amp to computer

... I bought an old Sansui 771 amplifier, for next to nothing at a yard sale, and upon gettig it home realized why - it has a noisy channel; at least that's what I've concluded after spraying and cleaning as many internals as I can. ...... John, I thought I remembered an earlier similar posting fro...

Re: connect amp to computer

Once again, shouldn't be a problem. Until it failed, I used to use another of the components from wife's old Technics system - the amp. I used that with my Technics DD TT plugged in to the phono input on the amp and plugged the RCA record outs (designed for feeding to a tape deck for recording) plug...

Re: input/outpit level monitors

It would also help to know more about your turntable and how it is connected to your computer - is it, for instance, a USB TT? Model numbers would be helpful.
