Re: Label Track length doesn't change after truncate of othe

Yes this appears to be a bug - it certainly behave differently in 1.3.9 and earlier 1.3.x versions (I just ran some tests). It may be down to a feature which was introduced in the earlier 1.3 versions which enabled you to "link" a set of tracks, including a label track. But the developers ...

Re: Unknown Device ITUT-201SVR USB Turntable Windows 7

1.2.6 is now a very old release and I don't believe that it works well with Windows 7. I recall a number of postings on the forum recommending the latest Beta version 1.3.10 for use with Windows 7. Try searching the forum with the Search function (top right of window) for more insight. You can get 1...

Re: LAME...

You should be able to find a free WAV to MP3 converter on t'interweb.

Even iTunes (which you can download for free) will do this job for you if you set it up right - but it's a bit of a sledgehammer to crack a walnut for the job you want.

To use the Edirol to record streaming audio you will need to loop back the RCA ouputs of the device to its inputs - and make sure that both Windows and Audac...

Re: How to change from .dvf to wav...

You are trying to import a file type that Audacity does not support - you will need to convert it prior to importing. Audacity 1.2 supports WAV, AIFF, Ogg, MP3. You might try 1.3 Audacity tthe Beta which is now pretty stable and mature - but I don't know if your filetype can be imported in 1.3 - you...

Re: Ion Contour LP - NOT a good start

Ok this is the Audacity forum and thus deals with Audacity issues ... P1) Audacity is free open-source software - open to all to download and use for free - if you are having toi register, it ain't Audacity. You can download Audacity from here: http://audacityteam.org/download/ p2) that is a problem...

Re: recording de-sync issue
