Re: Humming

Sounds like a bad USB connection or faulty internal wiring in the TT. My old iTTUSB never did that. Gently wiggle the USN plugs, try a different USB port on your computer - and don't use a USB hub. IIRC the iTTUSB gas two RCA output leads as well - are these by any chance shorting against each other...

Re: Is exporting WAV files lossless?

Steve, can you turn that posting into a Wiki article (or an entry in the manual) - a nice succint description, very informative and clear <applause>

Re: WAV files

You will have burned a "Data CD" whereby you have the WAV files as data files on your CD-R. What you need to do is to use some CD authoring/burning software to create a "Music CD" - such s/w is normally provided with your PC if it hhas a CD burner - but if not there are commercia...

Re: REED THIS IF YOU HAVE AN OLDER CD PLAYER

I used to use TDK Super-Avilyn cassette tapes for many years prior to digitizing. An the original CDs that I bought with mmy first deck in 1984 still play perfectly on ...

Re: Project Tracks Silenced

Gale,

I have added a couple of notes in the Wiki proposal that you reference above.
1) about the confusing use of the word "Import"
2) about the graphical waveforms confusingly remaining visible - even when the dependent audio is gone.

Re: Using repeat leaves obvious breaks that need to be remov

If you are using 1.3.x then you can try using the Repair effect that was introduced in 1.3. This will enable you to fix up to 128 samples surrounding the transition, by intepolating from the neighbouring waveforms. You will need to zoom in just as Koz suggests - I would recommend zooming in so far t...
