Though note carefully that ...

Re: Sound playback
Is this a USB turntable? If so you will probably need to re-target your sound output to your PC's onboard soundcard (you will need to do this both in Audacity and in Windows).

Re: Seperating tracks
Mine stay rock solid where I put 'em unless I either explicitly drag them around - or if I delete a selection from either within the label track or the audio track in which case thay move. 1.3.12 has brought back the functionality whereby if you select the same timeline chunk of audio and label trac...

Re: Exporting multiple tracks and keeping order the same
...the labelling trick... I'll try it out! Maybe just numbering will be better than me labeling with text and having to remember which order they go in. 1.3.12 (just released) has an auto-numbering option on export whereby the numbers 01, 02, 03 etc can be added to the front or rear of your label t...

Re: Repairing a Big click
Is there any alternative? yes, try Brian Davies' excellent ClickRepair - it costs 40 bucks but is worth every cent IMHO (you do get a 21-day free trial to see if it works ok for you). See this sticky thread: http://forum.audacityteam.org/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=1994 It's a little short of being ma...

Re: Seperating tracks
You really need to upgrade to 1.3 - 1.3.12 has just been released. Label handling is much improved in 1.3 (and still changings as Koz says ...)
