Yes get them to Export a WAV file of their project and email that to you. An Audacity project is a complex structure and is not easily transportable unless you know exactly what you are doing - it is designed for speed of processing in Audacity , not for transporting and moving around. Fascinating. Does the fact that How-To-Geek needs to provide such tutorials mean that ours, in the wiki and the manual, are not good enough - or just not found by our users? Personally I've always thought that the tutorials are hard to spot in the 1.3 manual as the only link to them is via the navig...

As you move the little slider it should sgow on a little white pop up the transcription spedd. Then you need to click on the green arrow to play at that speed.

Yes, in 1.3 there is a toolbar called the Transcription Toolbar (Little green arrow and beside it a minus to plus scale and a thingy you can slide alonger the scale) to get faster playback.

This toolbar has the advantage that it doesn't alter the recording, just the temporary playback speed.

I suspect not Lenny. It's basically down to the problem that de-noising is a more subtle, complex process than de-clicking.
