Yes it does - use Ctrl+M to create a label at te current recording or playcack position.

Have you got your Windows Explorer set so that it doesn't show hidden files and folders - and note this is the somewhat unhelpful default that Microsoft ships in Windows?

If so reset it is to show the hidden files/folders - I suspect the .cfg file may be such a file.
