Re: How Do I Get Rid Of The Median Line When I Edit A Record
@mdubin - well I'm puzzled - not only does my screen show the black line, there are several sreenshots in the 1.3 manual which show the 0 dB datum line (e.g. halfway down this page in the manual: http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/Audacity_Waveform and on this page: http://manual.audacityteam.org/ma...

Re: Same volume for each track for a medley - How?
With only 8 songs this is not too hard to do by hand with Audacity. 1) decide which level you want to amplify to - I would suggest a maximun of -2dB 2) select each track in turn - if you have labelled the tracks making this selction shoub be easy (if you have point labels zoom out to fit the project...

Re: How Do I Get Rid Of The Median Line When I Edit A Record
This is surprising. I am using the latest beta (1.3.13) and do not see any such line ... You just need to zoom in a long way and you will see it - it's there in the latest 1.3.14 Alphas too, so it's not going away ... And Camtechman is right, I see now that with a properly null signal the blue &quo...

Re: Software language is arabic
To change the language use: Edit>Preferences - Edit is the second command in from top left, then Preferences is the bottom selection in the drop-down list. Then you need the Interface tab, which is the fifth item in the list In the dialog box there should be three wide drop-down selector boxes. The ...

Re: I love Audacity
You might like to have a browse through the 1.3 manual - it might help you find lots of other Audacity features you haven't found yet. See: http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/Main_Page The Using Audacity and in particular the tutorials are more of a "how to"- and the Reference section give...
