Thanks too Steve, I am just opening my exported WAV file in ITunes and then dragging it into my device. I would suggest that what you need to do now is to rename the folder dfghjk to dfghjk_data
Then fire up Audacity and try openeing the dfghjk file (which appears to be your .aup file)
Oh, and follow Koz' advice and turn on showing of file extensions for all folders.

What you need to do is to open the original Audacity project that you created: the <your_project_name>.aup file. Actually you don't have file extensions showing in Windows Explorer (personally I find it impossible to work properly in Windows without turning that on - IMHO it should be the default - ...
