Two other possible soutions.

1) if hi-fi quality audio is not required try making a compressed MP3 bersion of the project.

2) find a good (free) file-sharing site

My internal Realtek should be able to do this, shouldn't it? Yes it certainly should, so you shouldn't meed an external USB soundcard. your mono track is just a little squashed - make it bigger by grabbing the bottom edge an dragging down
