Just be careful as the installer will defaut to overwriting 1.2.6 if you have that in its default location.

Why are my point labels deleted when I select audio that abuts a point label and then delete the audio?

This doesn't happen when abutting range labels and it didn't happen in earlier Beta versions of Audacity.

Whether this is possible or not for you dependes entirely on the combination of your PC/souncrad/device drivers. Manufacturers are deliberateky making it harder or impossible to do this.
