Oh and any good reason why you are still using 1.3.14 - that is a superseded Beta version of Audacity. Version 2 has been out for a while now (2.0.0 was heavily based on 1.3.14 Beta, with a few bug fixes) - 2.0.1 is the current release (soon to be replaced with 2.0.2).
