IIRC we had some issues with the Sliding Time Scale / Pitch Shift stuff in earlier versions of Audacity.

(See the Export /Import options near the bottom of this page: http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/keyboard_preferences.html ) BUT as far as I recall the customized k/b shortcuts are not exported - IIRC this is a known bug ....
